Achievements That Shaped JEVERA’s 2024: A Look Back Together

This year at JEVERA felt different — more personal, more rewarding. Every late-night sprint, every brainstorming session, and every milestone reflected dedication and teamwork.

The real impact wasn’t in the projects themselves but in how we achieved them. Our team leaned on each other, finding solutions to challenges that seemed daunting at first.

Let me show you the moments that made 2024 so memorable.

Project Highlights

OKKO: Building the Future of Gas Stations

As we're near the completion of taking gas stations to a whole new level, it’s hard not to feel proud of what the team has accomplished. This was a rethinking of how customers interact with gas stations. From integrating advanced digital tools to enhancing in-station functionality, every feature was designed with real-world users in mind. The team maintained top-notch quality while meeting tight deadlines. Delivering results that align with OKKO’s vision has been a rewarding journey, and the finish line is finally in sight.

Dila: Smarter Systems for Better Healthcare

The work we’ve done with Dila this year reflects everything JEVERA & XME.digital stand for — innovation, precision, and teamwork. By migrating the corporate client portal to middleware we created a smoother, more reliable experience. On top of that, refining the discount functionality and enhancing patient profile tools felt like small changes that made a big difference. Now our specialists tackle the next challenge — optimizing the archive order system and integrating it across all sales points.

Sead: A Vision of Continuous Improvement

At Sead, progress never stops, and that’s exactly what keeps this project so exciting. Over the past few months, we’ve delivered fixes and new features, redesigned the app’s layout for better usability, and laid the groundwork for a distributed architecture. It’s been rewarding to see how these updates are aligning with the client’s goals. The ongoing UI/UX revamp and notification system improvements show how deeply the team is invested in exceeding expectations.

Leadership Achievements

Anna Tyschenko became a General Director at XME.digital

One of the highlights of this year was joining forces between JEVERA and XME.digital. XME.digital is an enterprise integration middleware platform — the product originally developed by the JEVERA team. It felt like the natural evolution of a partnership that’s been years in the making.

Consequently, Anna Tyschenko assumed the role of General Director at XME.digital, seamlessly combining it with her position as CEO at JEVERA. Anna knows XME.digital inside and out, from its first lines of code to its potential as a versatile platform for telecom and retail enterprises. Her deep connection to the product and her leadership vision make her the perfect fit to take it to the next level.

Anna Tyschenko joined IT Ukraine Association’s Board of Representatives

Beyond her role at XME.digital, this December, Anna became a member of the IT Ukraine Association’s Board of Representatives for the SMB segment. It’s another great chance to bring her knowledge and expertise to a broader audience. This achievement is a recognition of Anna’s ability to drive meaningful progress, not just within our company but across the industry.

Team Achievements

Our team’s contributions didn’t stop there. Iryna Manukovska, our VP of Innovation, took the stage at The 2nd Future of Ukraine Summit, where she shared valuable insights into beneficial business models, showcasing JEVERA’s strategic vision.

Iryna also represented us at the UK-Ukraine Tech Forum, delivering core insights from the "Digital Transformation for Telecommunication Guideline" crafted by JEVERA and the IT Ukraine Association.

Sergii Kurenkov, our Marketing Lead, and Lidia Kozina, Delivery Manager, brought practical knowledge to the Digital Mentoring Crash Course by Chernihiv.IT. Sergii’s lecture on managing non-technical teams and projects provided actionable guidance for building stronger, more effective collaborations. Lidia shared her expertise and knowledge on approaches to working with cloud services.

Julia Daineko, COO at JEVERA, made significant contributions on multiple fronts. At the IT Business & IT Education 2024 Conference, Julia shared her expertise on bridging the gap between technical education and business needs. She also joined Taras Chorniy, our General Architect, at the #ProsvITa2024 intensive in Chernihiv, where they guided future IT leaders with practical insights into operational and technical challenges.

Last but not least, our team members were part of the XME.digital delegation at Web Summit 2024, supporting our partner and showcasing the capabilities of XME.digital enterprise integration middleware platform.

Marketing Achievements

2024 was a year of connection and visibility for JEVERA. Our media presence grew by an impressive 67.44% compared to last year, but these numbers tell only part of the story. Behind every mention was the effort to share what we’ve learned, amplify our expertise, and bring value to the tech community.

Our involvement in 20+ events as speakers and delegates reflected this commitment. At MWC 2024 in Barcelona, BloombergTech London 2024, WomenTech Global Conference 2024, we joined global leaders to explore the latest innovations shaping the future of technology — a space where we continue to make our mark.

Summer brought another highlight: a series of three webinars ‘From Strategy to Export Execution: Insights from the IT Industry’ organized with the IT Ukraine Association and the Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office. These sessions were designed to help businesses overcome challenges related to expanding their markets and use new opportunities effectively.

Every initiative, every stage, and every conversation this year came from a desire to share what we know and to learn from others.

Summary

2024 was a year that reminded us what makes JEVERA truly special — our people, our passion, and our commitment to progress. Every achievement came from teamwork and a shared drive to create meaningful solutions. As we close the chapter on 2024, we carry forward our successes and the lessons and relationships that made them possible.
